Maintain a healthy diet

Food is the fuel our bodies need for energy.

A healthy diet includes foods that contain protein, vitamins and minerals. This includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy, and a source of protein.

Healthy diets help us manage our weight, reduce risk to our heart and liver, slow the aging process, improve our sleep, and help our brains function better.

Remain physically active

Physical activity is moving your body. Whether you are playing a sport or taking a walk, if you are using more energy than you do while sitting or lying down then you are being physically active.
